Initial Consultation (Psychiatric Assessment) - 75 minutes in person only, $425

We will discuss what brings you to treatment, your mental health and medical history, family history, life circumstances.

Routine Follow up appointment - 25-30 minutes in person or Telehealth, $195

We will discuss progress in treatment, medications and/or supplements and life circumstances

Extended follow up appointment - 50 minutes in person or telehealth, $295

To allow for more complex discussion of symptoms, progress and medication and/or supplements management, and psychotherapy

I am out of network for all commercial insurance. However, many commercial insurances will allow patients to submit a”superbill” to the insurance company for partial reimbursement using out of network benefits. If you have commercial insurance, I recommend you contact your insurance company in advance for estimated reimbursement. The CPT codes I most commonly use are:

Psychiatric intake: 99205 +/- 90833

Routine follow up: 99214 +/- 90833

Extended follow up: 99215 or 99214 +/-90836

Medicare - I am enrolled with Medicare as a "non participating provider". Therefore my fees for patients with Medicare are adjusted to the Medicare allowed rates, and patients pay the Medicare rate to my office at the time of service. I will submit claims for patients with Original Medicare. Patients with Medicare Advantage can submit the superbill to their plan like other private insurances.
